Features like guides, spools, and radius limiters ensure fibers are bent gently, always maintaining a bend radius greater than the minimum specification (typically >37.5mm) to prevent signal loss (attenuation) and fiber damage.
• The tray is designed with specific areas to coil and store the slack (excess length) of fiber that is essential for future maintenance, re-splicing, or testing operations. This prevents fibers from being tangled or damaged.
